Our client is one of the leading tender notification companies and prides itself on its well known reputation for quality and service. They are looking for an outstanding Account Manager who knows how to build relationships but also has the ability to sell.
What the role entails:
- All client communication, conflict resolution, reviews and compliance
- Developing opportunities for new business
- Ability to up-sell, cross-sell and gain referrals
- Update clients on product development and various updates/changes
- Managing your own desk
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience in Account Management (Minimum 1 year)
- Strong ability to identify sales opportunities
- Strong customer service focus
- Outstanding time management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle a highly pressurised environment
- Previous experience in subscription or advertising is HIGHLY desirable but not essential

- Base salary of $50,000 + Super + Commission
