What the role entails:

- All client communication, conflict resolution, reviews and compliance
- Developing opportunities for new business
- Ability to up-sell, cross-sell and gain referrals
- Update clients on product development and various updates/changes
- Managing your own desk

What we are looking for:

- Previous experience in Account Management (Minimum 1 year)
- Strong ability to identify sales opportunities
- Strong customer service focus
- Outstanding time management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle a highly pressurised environment
- Previous experience in subscription or advertising is HIGHLY desirable but not essential

Site Manager - $10M high end fit out project - Ref No.2126809

A builder who have been established for 22 years who operate in NSW, Victoria and QLD have a large Construction arm and a medium sized Fit Out and refurbishment part of the business.

With a T/O of over $300M and $100M of that being in the fit out department this award winning builder secure a majority of their work from repeat business. They are experiencing a high volume of successful tenders in the Brisbane office at present which has forced them to start the recruitment process and are in need of a fit out Site Manager.

Most of their projects are located in and around the CBD area their projects ranging from $1M to $5M. As a Site Manager you will be solely responsible for your site and all sub-contractors, you will able to lead tool box meetings and able to keep up with all OH&S requirements.

Your first project will be a high end $10M fit out in the CBD.

Your previous experience will be a well known fit out contractor and you must show stability with previous employers.

To be successful for this role as a Site Manager you need:

- A minimum of 5-8 years experience as a Site Manager
- Come from a trade background
- Ability to work in a small team environment
- Commercial fit out experience is essential
- Strong customer service focus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to assist your Project Manager with programming

completion of paperwork and map navigation between delivery addresses between 7am-3pm Monday to Friday.

The successful person will;

- Be physically fit and able to carry out manual handling duties
- Knowledge of securing loads using straps
- Ability to work together to load & unload trucks with the driver
- Strong customer focus who will represent our company in a professional manner
- Good English speaking and literacy skills
- Experience in delivering Plasterboard or building materials is preferred but not essential

Our leading client in Sydney is seeking the expertise of a Senior Structural Engineer with experience in Mid -High-Rise residential and commercial projects within Australia.

It is preferable that each candidate be proficient in design programmes such as; RAPT, Inducta, ETABS, Ram concept, microstran, limcon, wallap. They must have excellent client lease and commercial/financial knowledge. They will be in charge of managing multiple projects from start to finish ensuring that it is delivered on time and within budget.

The role includes:

- Structural Buildings design and analysis
- Projects; Commercial, Industrial
- Project Management
- Business Development
- Team Management
- Reinforced concrete and post tensioned concrete

What you need:

- 6-10 years’ experience in the NSW Market
- Local Sydney experience would be advantageous
- BEng Civil/Structural Engineering
- CPEng would be advantageous
- Consultancy experience
- Good client management
