We now have an opportunity for an experienced Distribution Centre Supervisor to join the Distribution team on a full-time basis, in our warehouse based in Canning Vale.

Reporting to the WA Distribution Centre Manager, you will be primarily responsible for overseeing a wide variety of warehouse activities as well as people management responsibilities. This includes, but is not limited to, the shipping and receiving of goods, maintaining inventory and associated records, staff training, planning and assigning daily work.

Some specific responsibilities may include:

- Conducting periodic stock counts;
- Ensuring warehouse staff are following the correct picking and putting away of stock procedures;
- Maintaining inventory accuracy;
- Maintaining stock rotation wherever possible;
- Assisting other areas of the business to ensure exceptional service is provided to both internal and external customers;
- Assisting with delivery requests and any late changes to orders, as well as requests for conversions and modifications of stock;
- Preventing unplanned adverse impact to service levels, and mitigating any potential risks;
- Maintaining storage areas; and
- Leading, motivating and coaching your team to ensure customer service levels and performance levels are met.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge requirements:

- Prior experience working in a Distribution Centre/Warehouse, ideally in a similar role;
- Team oriented individual, with a proven results driven ability to set and gain commitment to targets and deadlines;
- Previous whitegoods experience is ideal;
- Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word;
- Previous warehouse management operating system experience;
- Great communication skills;
- High level of attention to detail;
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism within a fast paced environment;
- Outstanding customer service skills; and
- Proactive, can-do attitude.

Structural Design Engineer (PT Design) - Ref No.1750447

The Company

Based in Sydney, this specialist structural consultancy have firmly established themselves within the Australian market. With a particular focus on building structures, they have gained a regular client base across commercial, residential and industrial clients.

The Role

Due to a sustained period of growth over recent years, coupled with a recent peak in workload, an opportunity has arisen for a Structural Design Engineer who has extensive experience with Post-Tension Design to join them on an initial contract basis. You will be working on a variety of building structures including high-rise design, large medium-rise developments, commercial developments and industrial buildings.

The Requirements

You will be able to demonstrate a proven track record of working independently in designing and managing the Post-Tension design of all building structures types.

You will have a minimum of 5 years + experience within Australia, preferably within NSW, and be able to attend a face-to-face interview ASAP.

Candidates must have full working rights in Australia and be currently residing in Australia.
