Due to an ever increasing demand across all assurance and related advisory services they are looking for experienced audit professionals to help them realise their ambitious plans for growth.

About the Role
Working as part of a team, this role will undertake a full range of audit tasks including planning, testing, reviewing and reporting. You will be given the opportunity to progress quickly and work on larger and complex jobs.

Some of your duties will include:

- Assisting with coordinating and reviewing the audit processes for large and complex jobs
- Preparing annual financial accounts
- Preparing the audit file for Partner review
- Assisting the presentation of findings and discuss issues with Audit Committee
- Assisting with the Partners / Managers with ad hoc special project work
- Directing and supervising junior staff members

About you
In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have:

- Completed your CA Qualification or near completion
- Ideally from a mid-tier or Big 4 background
- 3+ years local working experience
- Solid audit background
- Hard working individual with strong time management skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and a high attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Payroll Team Leader - SAP - Ref No.22263423rd

Attribute Group is proud to partner with one of Sydney’s leading Government Departments as they look to expand through the acquisition of a Team Leader - Payroll on an ongoing contract basis!

South Sydney location, you will be responsible for:

- Ensure the payroll team meet targets in processing fortnightly payroll cycle
- Authorise all payroll and leave variations
- Investigate discrepancies in the processing of payroll and resolve issues
- Liaise with employees on payroll matters and employee entitlements
- Complete reporting and provide standard ad-hoc support
- Undertaking audits and provide support to internal and external auditors

To be considered, you MUST demonstrate:

- Previous experience with SAP payroll system is essential
- Experience attending to a wide variety of payroll queries
- Previous Government experience is highly regarded
- Client-facing experience balanced with compliance and relevant guidelines
- Resolution of complex and sensitive calculations and quires
- Previous experience leading an internal payroll team in a time sensitive environment
- Experience with government policies, industrial instruments, financial and audit requirements, accounting and legislative requirements
- Experience completing a complex payroll accurately and on time

Required: Certificate IV in Disability Work, Current drivers license, WWCC and NPP

- Support clients on a daily basis to meet their goals, record their progress and evaluate and identify ongoing steps to achieve their goals
- Maintain positive working relationships with families and colleagues
- Ensure strict adherence to the roster and commitment to your Duty of Care/WHS requirements with all aspects of work
- Transport clients to and from home and activities


- Certificate IV in Disability Work or equivalent
- Current drivers license
- Willingness to drive a 12 seater van
- WWCC and NPP
- Ability and willingness to swim to be involved in hydrotherapy with the clients
- Experience in a care capacity of people with an intellectual and developmental disability
- Ability to engage and recognise issues related to servicing CALD clients
- Skills in mediation and negotiation, collaboration and consultation with clients
- Knowledge of Disability Service Standards and the Disability Services Act
- Commitment to and an understanding of WHS responsibilities
- Demonstrated high level customer/sales and networking/marketing service skills
- Values and attitudes in line with those of Respect, Equality, Dignity and Understanding
- Ability to work shifts between 6.00am and 8.00pm Monday to Friday
