Who you are:

You will be seeking a First Level Support , or a Junior System Administrator/Engineer role as your first job, or a perfect next step forward in your career. Any knowledge of Windows Office, Networks and having studied other Microsoft Tech Exchange/AD etc would help greatly.

Ideally you’ll have recently completed an IT TAFE course/Certification or a Degree of interest and have a fantastic student mentality, to learn and grow within an organisation. You will be working in-house supporting multiple technologies and product environments with previous experience or understanding of Software Development and support being ideal.

You’ll be interested in learning/getting trained in:

- Microsoft Support and Applications
- Gaining exposure to Exchange / Active Directory
- You’ll want to learn Virtualisation - VMware, Hyper-V XenApp
- Interest in learning about Applications/In-House Software
- Keen to gain Microsoft Certifications or Linux Certs (MCITP, MCP)
- Keen to develop your Network, Routing, Switching
- Interest in gaining other Certifications (VCP, MCSA, CCNA etc)

KNOWLEDGE, SKILL & ABILITY EXPECTATIONS:

- Highly-developed communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Maintain productive relationships with stakeholders
- Demonstrated capacity to manage competing priorities
- Great time management skills
- Must have an IT Diploma or A relevant Degree
