Who are you?

You will be required to provide Level 1/2 desktop, server and network support remotely and onsite as required.

Non-negotiable skills

- If you’re a L1 Support Engineer you must have approximately 1-year experience — preferably working for a Managed Service Provider (MSP) — and hold a Cert III in IT networking.
- If you’re a L2 Support Engineer you MUST have 2-3 years experience working for a Managed Service Provider (MSP).
- Your English MUST BE EXCELLENT - written and verbal.

Skills & Requirements

- OS support and troubleshooting experience - XP to Windows 10
- Windows Server 2003 to 2012
- MS Active Directory and Exchange
- Virtualisation - Vmware/Hyper V/Citrix
- Backup management and maintenance
- Experience working within a ticketing and timekeeping system such as Connectwise, and RMM tool such as Labtech
- Drive license and access to a car

This position is responsible for the following:

- Receive and enter phone / fax / e-mailed orders from distributors
- Enter customer order into the system include freight costs and generate a pick slip
- Prioritise orders for despatch when necessary
- Report Lost Sales
- Customer product assistance
- Customer warranty assistance
- Assist with reporting returns and credits information to the warehouse supervisor or branch manager
- Promote new product launches through the distributor network
- Provide a high standard of customer service
- Assist with other branch duties when required

The successful applicant will have a minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service role, either in a face to face or phone based setting. A strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service, as well as superior communication skills, is essential.

Daily duties will include but not be limited to:
- Conducting inspections and testing of vehicles;
- Repairing and maintaining vehicles;
- Assisting in ordering stock and supplies;
- Repairing engine failures and malfunctions;
- Carrying out test drives on vehicles;
- Undertaking taking engine tune-ups, oil changes and tyre rotation; and
- Adjusting controls and systems.

They are looking to appoint a hands-on and highly experienced finance professional who can manage the day to day finance activities of the business together with providing strategic support to the MD and exec.

Primary goals include:

- Developing the finance function through the implementation and maintenance of robust processes and systems, driving efficiency, live reporting, cashflow management and general governance
- Bringing an experienced strategic voice to the medium/long term strategic growth and expansion aspirations of the business
- Demonstrating strong commercial insight and analysis skills in commercial contracts

You will have leadership responsibility for a small team and liaise heavily with internal stakeholders, providing guidance across finance matters.

This business has been established just over 8 years and is on course to almost double revenues in the coming 12 months. Due to market positioning, an incredible leadership effort and the ongoing development of their niche product, this growth is set to continue.

Applicants will be 7+years experienced finance professionals, holding either CPA/CA qualifications and will be able to demonstrate where they have directly impacted bottom line through the establishment of robust finance processes and commercial advice in a small to medium sized company environment.

Base salary up to around the $160k mark depending on experience.
