Our client is one of Australia’s leading suppliers of 4×4 Suspension and Accessories. Sold in 160 countries and established for over 50 years, these products have been developed in the harshest proving ground in the world, Australia.

Due to continuous growth and increasing demand they are now seeking a motivated Customer Service Operator to join their committed team in the Phone Room.

This position is responsible for the following:

- Receive and enter phone / fax / e-mailed orders from distributors
- Enter customer order into the system include freight costs and generate a pick slip
- Prioritise orders for despatch when necessary
- Report Lost Sales
- Customer product assistance
- Customer warranty assistance
- Assist with reporting returns and credits information to the warehouse supervisor or branch manager
- Promote new product launches through the distributor network
- Provide a high standard of customer service
- Assist with other branch duties when required

The successful applicant will have a minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service role, either in a face to face or phone based setting. A strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service, as well as superior communication skills, is essential.
