They offer unique access to flora and fauna which is accessible thanks to their rural setting, facilities, resources and space available.

The Role:

The Room Leader in the Preschool Room will be responsible for leading the educational program and practice. Guiding the educators in line with the centre philosophy and individual lea
ing goals of the children in their care. Ensuring a high-level of safety and supervision is maintained. Role-modelling best-practice through all of their relationships and engagement with children, families and the community.

Essential Criteria:

- MINIMUM of a Bachelor/Master in Early Childhood Education (Overseas qualification are accepted if they have been approved by ACECQA)
- Must hold a current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, Anaphylaxis Certificate.
- Paid NSW Working With Children’s Check.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong working knowledge of the Early Years Lea
ing Framework and National Quality Standards.
- Educational Leadership, Programming and Planning experience is essential.
- Sponsorship is not available for these roles.
