Part-Time Senior Legal Secretary (Coordinator) - IP & Telecoms

The Role

This permanent, part-time position is offered on a three-day-a-week basis and is supports the Sydney IP and Telecoms of a major global law firm. The firm can be flexible as to which days you work, but they must be full days.

The role is suited to an experienced Legal Secretary / Legal Assistant who has strong experience in commercial transactional work and has either worked at Practice Group Leader level or mentored junior secretaries.

As a Senior Legal Assistant you will manage workflow amongst a small team of secretaries. You’ll lead from the front as you too provide wide ranging legal support including billing, Doc Prep, edits and file management.

A significant part of your role though will be as the admin coordinator for the department - liaising directly with Partners and lawyers across the team and using your people and admin management skills to make sure work is allocated and completed efficiently and to deadline.

This is therefore a great growth opportunity for you as an experienced Legal Secretary to add secretarial management to your already impressive skill base.
