Our client is a successful digital and print business that sell their products on a global scale. They currently have a position available within the Perth office for an Advertising Sales Director. This is a senior sales management role working across market leading print and digital brands.

Reporting to the General Manager you will be responsible for managing the sales team and also looking after Key Accounts. This is a portfolio sales role where you will be responsible for looking after Key Accounts across the organisations main sectors. The focus will be very much revenue growth, integrated program sales, thought leadership, content marketing solutions and native advertising.

I am ideally looking for an experienced Sales Manager that has had extensive experience within the Advertising / Media industry. The successful candidate must have considerable experience of print and digital sales.

Key Responsibilities & Attributes:

- Develop new business with key clients
- Ensure that sales staff are trained, motivated and developed to deliver sales and performance targets
- Develop sales plans and provide accurate forecasts to ensure that performance targets are met and exceeded
- Develop complex and high level relationships with key clients and proactively promote all products to maximize revenues and promote a positive reputation for the business
- Proactively drive through product development initiatives in liaison with editorial and publishing to ensure maximum revenue from the market

The Architectural Modeller is expected to do the following:

From initial concept, design and make plaster, fiberglass and rubber moulds to produce casts of architectural features including but not restricted to co
ice, arches, domes and columns in both plaster and concrete; mould types to include inlay moulds, piece moulds, slip moulds and running moulds.
Establish product concept and develop mould design to meet specifications.
Analyse & interpret plans.
Plan & execute workflow reaching agreed target deadlines.
Expected to work independently
Coordinate, instruct and teach staff and apprentices the relevant skills to enhance their personal development.
Replicate historical plaster enrichments to heritage standards.
Accurate quoting of jobs for costing re scope of works.
Have a genuine affinity in Historical replication works and an ability to visit site to deconstruct enrichments for rectification and remodelling.

Minimum of 3 years experience in the same capacity
Has the ability to approach responsibilities in a pro-active manner

You will need to:

- Drive new business directly with clients and via the channel (resellers & distributors)
