You will be the first point of contact for tenant clients and will be in charge of growth related activity including but not exclusive to;

- Conducting open for inspections
- Negotiating and processing applications
- Tenant reference checks
- Lease sign ups

The successful applicant will have excellent communication skills, the ability to work well within a result driven team and proven attention to detail.

A current Certificate in Property Practice and vehicle is essential. A can-do attitude is a must which when combined with a client orientated approach, will ensure every goal is a winner!

- Estimating reporting to the Development Estimating Team Leader, youll focus on creating & maintaining all bills of materials (BOMs) for standard products, facades, options and promotions, assisting the Display team with BOMs for all new display homes and preparing feasibility assessments for new business initiatives.

They are looking for:

- Tertiary qualifications in Economics or Finance or related quantitatively based discipline.
- Part or fully completed post-graduate Actuarial or CFA qualifications
- Relevant industry experience (7 years), at an asset consultant, fund manager or other institutional investor.
- Strong quantitative skills - VBA and econometric/statistical modelling
- Experience in asset allocation in an institutional investment context
- Results orientated, excellent analytical, technical and problem solving skills
- A real desire to develop a career in Superannuation/Investments

The role

Due to the ongoing growth within the group they currently require and experienced Civil Engineer to join their friendly team.

This role will report in to the Civil Section Leader and will lead and deliver small and medium projects as well as playing an important role in managing and delivering large scale projects as part of a project team.

You will also play a key role in the guidance and mentoring of junior staff and as the role develops you will have the chance to take on more responsibility and push on with your career.

The requirements

To be considered for this outstanding opportunity you will have;

- Civil Engineering Degree
- 7 years + experience in Civil Design
- Extensive experience in drainage
- Exposure to QLD code and standards is preferred
- Experience with 12D, DRAINS, MUSIC and other software

SAP Solution Architect - Digital Integration

Our client in the utilities sector has embarked upon a major, three-year customer experience transformation, with the overarching objective being to vastly enhance customers’ experiences, primarily through the mass reinvention and reimagining of the digital experience.

The Solution architect

- Leads the integration of digital solutions into the technical landscape will be accountable for the design and delivery of high quality Digital solutions which deliver the expected business outcomes
- Acts as the integration point between various stakeholder groups to integrate digital solutions

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure that the high level solutions put forwards by the solution architects & scrum teams are correctly and effectively implemented, making best use of SAP and/or Customer Experience Platform through a combination of setting standards, reviewing designs, and reviews of work in progress and final products
- Work closely with SAP teams and with Solution architects within IT Energy Markets to ensure solutions are practical prior to implementation
- Work with business and with third parties to stay current on business strategy and direction, and good practice in implementation
- Act as a resolution and escalation point for solution quality issues during implementation
- Coordinate key design decisions between SAP and Digital delivery teams

About You

- A solid track record of designing and implementing high quality solutions
- Strong communication skills both technical and non-technical
- Digital domain expertise. Digital means experience working with some or all of: mobile apps, websites, Content Management System (CMS), responsive websites and API management
