This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Inside Sales Representative to join leading systems integrator in providing technology solutions that drive business outcomes and enable greater value and retu
on IT investments.

The Inside Sales Representative role will focus on lead generation and increasing repeat business from existing accounts and established relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new product and service pipeline through outbound calls into new and existing accounts.
- Pass on qualified leads to Business Development Managers and other relevant company stakeholders.
- Build relationships with Customers and function as a primary point of contact for inbound ‘run-rate’ business and general account queries.
- Work with Sales Managers and Marketing to develop targeted list, call strategies and messaging to drive opportunities for new business.

Requirements for Success

- 2-3 years’ experience in similar outbound sales, telemarketing and/or cold calling environment is a must
- High energy level and natural curiosity
- IT industry awareness and experience selling Infrastructure, Cloud and Managed Services
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets for revenue and other metrics
- Ability to listen and question where appropriate to ascertain a customer needs both inte
ally and exte
ally.
