Weekdays:
$1200/day Mon-Fri (8:00-17:00), +in-clinic revenue (9hrs cover)
$1200/night Mon-Thurs (17:00-08:00) nightly (15hrs cover)
Weekend:
$1400/day Sat or Sun (08:00-17:00) (9 hours cover)
$1400/night (in the hrs Fri 17:00-Mon 8:00), for working 17:00-8:00 nightly (15hrs cover)
*initial lump sum payment is an option for a permanent commitment
