ings. Part Time can be considered for the right applicant. The patient base you will take over is quite broad, including cases such as Excisions, CDM, Mental Health and Health Assessments. The clinic is also more than happy to support any specialisation to assist with interest areas.

The Practice
You will be joining an incredibly close knit team which consists of four other GPs, full time nursing support, strong admin and management, as well as an array of allied health services. This opportunity will see you assist military personnel and their families to transition to civilian life by providing advice and guidance on entitlements and career options. You will be a subject matter expert in all matters relating to the interpretation and application of transition policy or eligibility for transition support.

In order to be successful in your application you must have the following skills or experience:

- Ability to respond to moderately complex enquiries and apply the skills, knowledge and experience necessary to provide advice and services
- Developing and maintaining an understanding of the Department’s corporate requirements including relevant legislation and procedures necessary to achieve work area outcomes

Being an experienced Credit officer this position will see you manage your own ledger while working in a team environment. You will start on a temporary basis with view to go permanent for the right candidate.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing a ledger of major accounts
- Allocation of payments and follow up any unidentified funds
- Handling customer enquiries and resolving disputes
- Processing credit claims and rebates
- Following up on outstanding / overdue invoices
- Opening up of new accounts and running credit checks
- Focus on continuous improvement to processes and procedures
- Ensure lines of communication are open and clear with other departments
- Undertaking ad-hoc projects as required

To be considered for the role you will ideally need to have:

- Extensive experience in credit control and managing your own ledger
- Background in high volume or fast paced environment
- Proven track record in driving productivity and maintaining strong relationships
- Previous experience in processing rebates and credit claims
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Exposure in large ERP Systems
