Joining a team of five Leasing Consultants, you will be responsible for leasing commercial space, predominantly in West Perth/Subiaco. This position is Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm and will require you to have your own reliable vehicle.

You will be responsible for advertising properties, conducting viewings, arranging new leases & renewing existing leases. Furthermore, you will be responsible for staying up to date with real estate market trends in order to perform your job functions to the highest standard.

The ideal applicant will have:

- A current WA PM or Sales Registration
- Experience in sales, strata management or property management
- Their own reliable vehicle
- A current Drivers Licence
- Excellent time management with good attention to detail
- Client First & Excel proficiency is advantageous but not essential
