Role Overview:
Working across multiple business units, and multiple geographies, you will manage projects ranging from $5m - $10m+, with distributed teams of over 40 people.
Employing Agile methodologies, and always business aligned, you will be responsible for delivery from the point of project kick off onwards.
In this exciting opportunity, your potential project activity may cover regulatory reform, digital, or product related initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with stakeholders (up to C-level).
- Have end-end accountability for the project.
- Vendor management
- Ensure that change & communications are aligned.

al methodologies including Agile and Waterfall.

Skills and Experience:

- At least 5+ years Senior PM experience
- At least 2 years Agile experience
- Ideally Agile qualified also
- Business project experience
- Managing $10m+ project budget
- Project team management of between 40+ people
- Steer Co includes C-level / GM / MD
- Experience in vendor negotiations
- Experience in project start up
- Working across multiple geographies
- Working across multiple business units
- Banking subject matter expertise

I am urgently recruiting for an experienced Mechanical Designer with Rail experience to join their Buildings Services team in the CBD.

My clients projects are predominantly building based, and they also contribute to some of Australia’s largest transport infrastructure projects. This is a role that could really elevate your career giving you exposure to both small bespoke projects and large scale local and inte
ational projects-working for one of the most recognisable names in the industry.

To be considered for this role you will have at least 4 years’ experience in mechanical design, particularly in Building Services, Ideally in Australia and if you have a background of BIM then that could be advantageous.

Additional requirements:
Strong communication skills, able to work alone as well as part of a team.
You must be self-motivated and be genuinely passionate about design.
Be able to work across multiple projects
Prepare concept sketches, reports, detailed designs including specifications and drawings.

This forward thinking Global law firm is experiencing a time of growth. Known for their strong experience across infrastructure, energy, finance and project development they are keen to add to their award winning practice at the support staff level.

The Role
Working a temporary assignment, starting immediately for approximately 2 months, we need an experienced legal secretary to support at Partner level.

Your duties may include:

- Review, amend and reformat documents including marking up and track changing documents
- Collate correspondence, contracts and agreements
- Extensive diary management - monitor deadlines, schedule appointments and conferences
- Coordinate travel arrangements - inte
ational flights, accommodation and itineraries
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations
- Maintain Excel spreadsheets
- Email management - monitor incoming emails, file appropriate and delegate when necessary
- Billing - time sheet entry, prepare monthly bills, expense account reconciliation
- Preparing various client reports
- Assist other team members with overflow when necessary
- General administration - filing, photocopying, scanning documents

Whilst experience in one of the above practice areas would be highly regarded, an experienced legal secretary from a general commercial background will also be considered. You will ideally have 3-5 years experience from a mid or top tier law firm and have the ability to hit the ground running and provide a high level of support from day one!
