TEMPORARY Legal Secretary - Join a Global Law Firm

The Firm
This forward thinking Global law firm is experiencing a time of growth. Known for their strong experience across infrastructure, energy, finance and project development they are keen to add to their award winning practice at the support staff level.

The Role
Working a temporary assignment, starting immediately for approximately 2 months, we need an experienced legal secretary to support at Partner level.

Your duties may include:

- Review, amend and reformat documents including marking up and track changing documents
- Collate correspondence, contracts and agreements
- Extensive diary management - monitor deadlines, schedule appointments and conferences
- Coordinate travel arrangements - inte
ational flights, accommodation and itineraries
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations
- Maintain Excel spreadsheets
- Email management - monitor incoming emails, file appropriate and delegate when necessary
- Billing - time sheet entry, prepare monthly bills, expense account reconciliation
- Preparing various client reports
- Assist other team members with overflow when necessary
- General administration - filing, photocopying, scanning documents

Whilst experience in one of the above practice areas would be highly regarded, an experienced legal secretary from a general commercial background will also be considered. You will ideally have 3-5 years experience from a mid or top tier law firm and have the ability to hit the ground running and provide a high level of support from day one!

Legal secretaries who are available for employment immediately and only interested in PERMANENT employment are also encouraged to apply as there is a strong chance this role will go permanent!
