The Role:
My client now has an exciting opportunity available for a confident and experienced Land Acquisitions/Development manager to join their ever-growing team! Reporting to the Development Directors, you will be solely responsible for sourcing and evaluating the acquisition of new development business opportunities around SEQ.

You:
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
Minimum 4+ years as a Land Acquisition/Development Manager or similar
Experience in identifying and assessing acquisition and development opportunities in SEQ
Thorough knowledge of the construction and development market in QLD
Tertiary qualification in Property or Evaluation
The ability to prepare Financial Feasibility reports and Land Acquisition Proposal documentation
The ability to prepare Expression of Interest and Tender documentation
The ability to negotiate terms, structure and ensure contracts are accurate and presented in a timely manner

The Opportunity:

With the introduction of a new software package to automate employee shift scheduling we require an experienced Rostering Administrator to join our team.

Based in our Head Office in Brisbane this role is a full-time position reporting directly to the Allied Health (Rostering) Coordinator, the hours are from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday, although finishing at 2:30 pm on one day of your choice, either Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday.

The role involves:

- Assisting the Allied Health (Roster) Coordinator with employee shift scheduling, including liaising with the Allied Health Managers to produce rosters in accordance with the client’s needs
- Ensure compliance with standards, regulatory requirements and policies
- Respond promptly to service requests, and client and employee enquiries
- Recording any feedback, disputes or incidents
- General related administration.

About You:

To be successful in this role you must have:

- Proven experience in a similar role working in a fast-paced and challenging environment
- Working knowledge of employee scheduling software
- The ability to schedule effectively and efficiently employees for multiple clients simultaneously
- A high level of organisation and time management
- The ability to work as part of a close-knit professional team
- Be someone with a keen eye for detail even when tasks get routine
- An adaptable and flexible nature to respond quickly to changing priorities
- Passion for improving systems and processes and always searching for continuous improvement
- Minimum 2 years experience working within the Medical or HealthCare sectors or similar.
