With two Directors that are progressive and supportive, and solid office based support, you will join a team of Site Managers that get the opportunity to work on interesting and high spec projects

Their next project is starting soon a mixed use development in Melbournes Inner East with significant structural aspects and a very high end finish incorporating residential, commercial and hospitality components.

The key attributes the are seeking from their Site Supervisor is:

- A track record in supervision of commercial projects with strong understanding of commercial methods site establishment, bulk excavation, concrete, precast, structural steel and more
- A keen eye for detail and high end finishing
- An ability to programme, schedule and sequence trades effectively.
- An commitment to execute best practice in OH&S and IR (though they are non-EBA)
- Experience in dealing with a wide range of project stakeholders in a professional and collaborative manner
- A Working With Children check is also required for this specific project

The role
