Receptionist/Sales Scheduling

SUPERIOR FENCES AND GATES, a busy, family owned fencing company is looking for an experienced Receptionist/Sales Scheduler to commence immediately.

The Role:

Your responsibilities will include:

- Reception duties with an emphasis on a high level of customer service
- Answering incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner and responding to customer enquiries
- Effectively scheduling requests for quotes in to the Outlook Calendar for Sales staff
- Accurate data entry
- General office duties

Experience Required:

- Previous Reception and/or scheduling experience (Fencing preferred not essential)
- High standard of professionalism and good phone manner
- Excellent communication skills and customer service skills
- MS Office products including Excel
- MS Outlook Calendar
- MYOB
- Ability to multitask
- Attention to detail
- Must be a team player
