Fetch are seeking experienced Site Managers for contract & permanent positions in Melbou
e and surrounding suburbs.

Companies I work with in the construction and Fitout industry are seeking experienced Site Managers for upcoming projects, due to continued success in securing more work. They specialise in in projects within Commercial, Education, Retail, Hospitality, Medical and Aged Care.

As a Site Manager, you will be supported by a Project Manager and have full responsibility for the planning, organising and managing the overall site. This includes trade coordination, scope of works, OHS, ordering materials and sub contractor supervision.

You must at least of 2 years Site Management experience in Commercial Construction and/or Fitout within the Australian market. You will have the ability to lead from the the team, coordinate subcontractors, monitor OHS and develop and maintain strong relationships. You will have strong communication skills, be a confident decision maker and able to provide supporting references.

What will you be doing?
Reporting to the Development Manager, our Developers contribute to new and innovative ways of producing software. This includes:
Developing new functionality and products on our existing software products.

Designing code, test, install, maintain, and retrofit software programs
Analysing code non-conformities and develop code enhancements
Providing technical assistance and information to other team members
Responsibility for live systems, maintaining queuing systems as assigned
Building new systems with applications such as .NET 4.0 / ASP.NET / MVC / C# / SQL Server 2008 / WCF Web Services / WCF Data
