About The Role:

As an analyst, you will be required to provide analytical, reporting and operational support as well have the ability to work on National Supply Chain Projects. Managing NHP’s inventory across our Australian and New Zealand network, you will work closely with Supply Chain, Warehousing, Sales and our branch network across Australia and New Zealand.
Working across our National Head Office in Richmond and our National Distribution Centre in Laverton, you can base yourself at either, with both sites offering free onsite parking.

Responsibilities include:

- Analytical reporting and operational support, including; managing exception reporting, providing easy to use reports/data to the business, assisting branch network in day-to-day operational requests and other project management and support.
- Optimize inventory across the branch network including; Branch stock alignment to manage Min/Max levels, reducing customer service level (CSL) stock out failures and managing excess/slow moving stock in branch network
- Enforce and monitor process improvement initiated by Supply Chain, including; tracking and reporting on established KPIs to measure supply chain performance at branches, successful involvement in projects/end to end testing and developing training material and process documents
- Optimising business values including; Collating and understanding the requirements of the business, ensuring adherence to consistent practices within the NHP network for various supply chain processes, following and enforcing implemented supply chain policies and processes
- Manage Distribution requirement planning (DRP) process in ERP system, including; improving DRP success rate, decreasing manual DRP’s and reducing Item DRP frequency rates.

About You:

We are looking for someone who has strong end-to-end supply chain knowledge and a passion for analysis.

This is a central role within the business, you will need to be a true team player and who flourishes on interacting with multiple inte
al and exte
al stakeholders.

Ideally you have:

- Strong exposure and understanding to the end-to-end supply chain experience
- Extensive (5+ years) supply chain analytical experience
- Degree qualified in IT/logistics/supply chain is highly regarded
- A good working knowledge of ERP systems and BI reporting programs, experience in Microsoft Dynamics would he highly regarded
- Ability to extract and manipulate data analytical and reporting purposes; SQL query writing skills/Advanced excel skills - Vlookups, formulas, macros, power pivot etc.

Significant experience in providing advice on better practice approaches to service delivery in the aged care sector and
Ability to apply operational knowledge of cost modelling and pricing of services
Working knowledge of relevant legislative and regulatory environment for areas of business responsibility
