Who you are
As a tech savvy Full-Stack Lead Developer, you will have the passion and drive to work with bleeding edge technology on a multitude of projects, utilising your existing skill set - ES6, HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript. It is crucial you can show past experience working with AngularJS/ReactJS on a regular basis.

Reporting to the Software Development Manager, you will be responsible for leading the Front-End Development on a large-scale greenfield project. It is crucial you have had exposure to the full life cycle of projects in the past, and able to work effectively, autonomously as well as part of a team.

How to get this role?

- A pragmatic and natural leader with strong communication/interpersonal skills
- 4+ years of industry experience and a strong computer science/software engineering background

- Computer Science/Software Engineering degree preferred
- Experience with writing automated tests
- Experience working in an AWS environment using AWS services
- Experience with mode
tools and frameworks in Node and JavaScript
- A healthy respect for building and delivering great products
- Analytical and detail oriented approach with a strong sense of purpose/initiative/drive
- High integrity, relentless focus on success and curiosity about how things work

Our client is a well-respected, youthful, global software vendor in the cloud infrastructure space. They have won numerous awards including Deloitte Technology Fast 50, Product of the Year, Emerging Vendor and Best Places to Work.

This position is titled Sales Development Representative.

The overall objective of the role is to be responsible for meeting quota requirements through prospecting and lead generation. Daily duties will include:

- Receiving and responding to inbound sales leads and converting them to new business
- Actively prospecting for new business opportunities through outbound initiatives including cold calling, email and lead sourcing
- Qualifying leads to schedule appointments and meetings for senior sales team members
- Providing support to qualified prospects and customers including follow-up, product information, quotations and closures

Accounts Payable Supervisor

Our client are a leading, caring organisation who are rapidly expanding and now have an exciting opportunity to assist the Finance Manager. You would be providing guidance, advice and ideas to help enhance the development of best practice (procedures and reporting).

The successful candidate will also be supporting the Finance Team through the supervision of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams.

This would suit a highly experienced Accounts Payable Clerk, an Accounts Payable Supervisor or Manager or even an Assistant Accountant who has been heavily involved in volume Accounts Payable.

Duties include:-
Accounts Payable:

- Supervising the Accounts Payable team
- Hands on assisting with processing, matching, statement reconciliations, month-end accruals and reconciliations, and assisting with cash flow forecasting.
- Reviewing payments and back up to through to running of payments, where required.
- Supervising team on working with inte
al and exte
al stakeholders resolving problems to ensure timely payment of invoices.
- Identifying areas for improvement of existing processes
- Engaging staff to drive towards ‘best practice’ operations.
- Reviewing inputs by service co-ordinators and audit accuracy, maintaining schedules for stakeholders.
- Supervising the setting up of new vendors in the system and issuing contract service agreements by the Accounts Payable team.
- Supervising procedural set up contract development and management for preferred suppliers ensuring they are simplified and cost effective.
- Assisting contract register maintenance.
- Supervising queries from vendors and inte
al customers.

Miscellaneous Finance:

- Supervising the Accounts Receivable Officer.
- Driving debtors meeting with divisions and pro-actively contributing to increasing process efficiency.
- Ensuring compliance with all reporting timelines.
- Corporate Credit and Debit Cards reimbursements.
- Supervising training of Finance and other divisional staff
- Pro-actively contributing to increasing process efficiency.

We are looking for someone who is energetic, with a pro-active hands-on style and will be able to add value to this dynamic team.

You will have:

- Minimum 2 -3 years experience in accounts payable at a senior level
- Detail orientated skills with strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to work in a high-volume, timeline-driven environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Ideally experience with Navision and OCR software
- Experience supervising and training Accounts Payable and other Finance team members
- Accounting qualification at certificate or diploma level
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
