Our Client is a leading Education Training Provider going through large amounts of growth and have an exciting opportunity for a driven Administrator to join their existing team.

This position will be from Saturday-Tuesday 8.45-5pm.

Your duties will include, but not limited to;

- Managing a Training Sector within the School
- Overseeing Student Enrolments, Correspondence and Trainer Support
- Administration Duties such as Travel Arrangements and Support to the Wider Team
- Preparing and Reviewing Student Contracts, Reports and Statistics
- Assist with Recruitment, Public Relations and Marketing Activities
- Customer Service with Queries, Complaints and Procedures
- Education Specific Administration - From Admission to Graduation
- Contribute to Policy and Planning
- Financial Duties including Managing Budgets And Following Financial Systems
- Supervising Junior Administration Staff
- Liaison with other Administration, Academics, Trainers and Students
- Communication with Partner Institutions, Other Institutions, External Agencies, Government Departments and Prospective Students

As an ideal applicant you will have;

- Minimum 3 years Experience in a Fast Paced Medium-Heavy Environment
- Advanced User Skills in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with SAP desirable but not Necessary
- Legal Exposure or Backing Desirable with Contract Work
- Great Attention to Detail
- Be driven and Motivated in all Areas of Work
- Education/Training Provider Experience Essential
- Exposure to a Multi-Cultural Environments Highly Regarded
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including demonstrated written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to exercise initiative and solve problems
- Ability to Work Effectively Independently or as Part of a Team
- Great Organisation and Time Management Skills
- Ability to Prioritise , Work under Pressure and Meet Strict Deadlines
- Current C class drivers licence
