Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support, perform trouble-shooting functions and resolve customer issues

- Test products and applications
- Document processes and application instructions
- Support and troubleshoot Chris21 software issues

To be successful in obtaining this position you have:

- 2+ years Application Support and Integration experience
- Previous background working with any HCM/HR/Payroll Software Solutions (Preferably Frontier Software AND/OR Chris21)
- Extensive MS SQL Server/OracleDB experience is essential
- Previous Software/MS SQL Server Development experience is a HUGE bonus!
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Great phone manner & communication skills
- In-depth, hands-on knowledge of and experience with enterprise level applications
- Proven experience with functional and technical requirements analysis, business process modelling/mapping, methodology and development
- Broad knowledge of databases and programming languages
- Exceptional Interpersonal and Communication Skills - (this is a client facing role)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business/Commerce or Accounting is highly desirable
- Willing to Travel to client sites (Required)

You’ll need to be skilled with Axure, Balsamic and Invision but anything else you can bring along with you will be of benefit.

Ideally you will have experience in designing for responsive sites and mobile, and you’ll need to have smashing stakeholder skills!
