They are looking to grow the business and have a requirement for an experienced Civil Engineer to join their thriving team. You will be involved in delivering a number of key projects.

It is an exciting opportunity to work for a supportive company who come up with innovative solutions to solve complex problems. The projects you will be working on are predominantly across land development and infrastructure.

The Responsibilities

The role will require the successful candidate to mentor junior engineers; manage projects and liaise with clients and subconsultants as well as assist in the preparation of fee proposals and to write civil design and stormwater reports.

The successful candidate will have a very good understanding and extensive experience of the local market with partcular experience in flood studies, stormwater drainage design analysis and modelling and report writing.

The Requirements

This position requires an individual who possesses:

A degree in Civil engineering
8 years + of experience as a Civil Engineer within an Australian consultancy environment
Previous experience in flood studies, stormwater drainage design analysis and modelling is essential
Excellent communication skills
Comprehensive knowledge of Australian design standards

DVD Casual Merchandiser - Cheltenham- VIC

As a DVD merchandiser at CROSSMARK, you will be working on our dedicated home entertainment team across a variety of different stores. You will be provided with an iPad to complete all reporting and have ongoing weekly hours in a territory close to your home.

They have identified the need for a Contract Administrator to come on board on a contract basis within the telecommunications team.

Reporting to the Project Commercial Manager duties will include:

- Coordinating contract management
- Dealing with subcontractor management on a daily basis
- Preparing Client submissions
- Assistance with Head Contract variation preparation
- Handling information request
- Managing subcontractor invoicing processes

Fast paced ASX listed App start-up in the heart of Sydney has an opportunity for a Junior Product Manager to work on improvements on their current App.

Reporting to the Senior Product Manager you will work closely with the Design and Engineering teams to improve features of the current products. This role will involve feature improvements across various platforms, conducting quantitative analysis to define and analyse key metrics to determine the success of App.

Key components of the role include:

- Ensuring the product remains true to the product vision
- Building the product backlog and roadmap.
- Continual testing, execution and monitoring results.
- Understanding and remaining up to speed with technology trends.
- Able to solve technical challenges and provide solutions.
- Ability to understand user needs and bring the product to life.
- Conducting market research, product & technology developments, and understanding customer demand

Critical to this role is that you have come from a consumer technology company or management consulting with at least 3 years’ experience in product management and marketing. You have a strong background in research and understand quantitative and statistical analysis. You will also understand UX, have basic native code experience (iOS and Android desirable) and have launched Apps focused on high growth. Your capability in working closely with the Developers and Marketing is paramount. You are a creative thinker who is articulate with a clear vision in mapping consumer user experience and product design and development.
