Customer Experience Research & Test Lead

Exceptional opportunity to take the lead on research and testing with a widely known Australian organisation!

This position will see you working collaboratively with multiple teams to identify and define new products and services for an existing (and growing!) customer base! Your main priority will be around planning and building research and testing methods for the products and services offered by the company, as well as being an integral part of developing new products. You will be able to bring very strong value proposition to customers and create products that have a positive impact on people’s lives.

You are a decision maker!

You will be the person deciding what the best approach to research and testing is. You will be able to build interactive prototypes and get some rapid testing going to ensure that concepts are taken to market quickly.

What do you need?!

Experience in a UX position is essential here. A strong focus on research and end to end testing will need to be shown, as well as having the ability to plan and lead design thinking workshops for multiple teams in the business. The tools of the trade will be Axure, Balsamic and Invision but anything else you can bring along with you will be of benefit.

Ideally you will have experience in designing for responsive sites and mobile, and you’ll need to have smashing stakeholder skills!

This will be an initial 6 month contract but there will be an opportunity to extend or even go permanent!
