About the Role: The Company is seeking a confident, intermediate to senior level Contract Administrator to be involved in projects up to $60million. You will be part of an experienced project team that will assist with further professional development, whilst efficiently delivering exciting projects in the multi-res, mixed-use and commercial space.


- Involvement in the full lifecycle of a large scale project
- Cost reporting and forecasting
- Manage sub-contracts
- Liaise with sub-contractors
- Involvement in Stakeholder management

Skills and Experience:

- Relevant Tertiary Qualifications
- At least 3 years local commercial experience to be considered

Our client is searching for a HR Business Partner to assist with all matters HR related.

Working closely with the Human Resources team you will be working collaboratively with managers and the team, partnering with stakeholders to provide high quality and timely advice on HR matters. You will be required to provide your expertise with employee relations across the organisation.

Your main responsibilities will include but not limited to:

- Employee and industrial relations

To be considered you will have:

- Previous experience in a Senior HR role.
- Previous experience across employment/industrial relations with a high level understanding of all areas of employment law and WHS.
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex employment issues including workers compensation.
- Demonstrated ability to implement innovative client and outcome focused strategies.
- Ability to build relationships with managers & staff in order to understand needs, resolve issues and encourage staff engagement
- Demonstrated ability in managing and achieving successful outcomes in complex employee issues
- Proven experience in development and management of human resources policies & procedures and supporting documentation
- Developed & implemented HR/IR related projects
- Demonstrated insight into key people management practices, including performance management, performance counselling processes, and policy frameworks, and how these drive development of organisation cultures and performance outcomes
- Sound knowledge and judgement of contemporary HR strategies coupled with broad knowledge of HR policies and procedures
- Solid experience in applying the Fair Work Act and associated employment legislation including anti-discrimination, EEO, WH&S, etc.
