This dynamic and diversified role requires an energetic and experienced professional to assess the requirements of prepare, manage and coordinate tenders, presentations, EOI’s and design marketing material for our group services nationally and internationally in a timely, efficient and effective manner meeting lodgement deadlines.

Contribution to and coordination of tender content to produce compliant and high quality tenders, EOI’s and presentations is a key KPI. Other key outcomes include the implementation of best practice standards, providing innovation in the presentation of materials to market and promote the company brand and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships

You will be the key enabler in winning new business through professional written tender submissions, contribute to the development and implementation of improved initiatives for tender processes. You will be working in a fast paced and highly creative environment.

For this role:
A tertiary qualification in IT, Business, Communication or similar related discipline (preferred but not essential)
Design and creation of marketing materials
Solid experience in tender proposal planning, writing, review and delivery
A demonstrated ability of winning proposals within highly competitive market.
High proficiency in Microsoft packages, Adobe Creative Suite i.e. Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop are advantageous
Advanced written and verbal communication skills and negotiating skills
Ability to develop a close working relationship with key company stakeholders
Attention to detail, and the ability to manage multi bids and deadlines
Experience in managing the end-to-end tender process
A passion for developing solutions and solving problems
Strong time management skills
Analytical skills
Ability to work as part of a team
