Key Tasks will include:

* Manage the planning and conduct of study audits to ensure that data are being reported in accordance with applicable regulatory and organisational procedures:
o auditing of Laboratory space (GLP plans, data and bioanalytical reports)

o facilitate internal facility, process and vendor audits

* Coordinate the preparation, review and issue of internal SOPs

Structural Design Engineer

Role: Civil Structural Design Engineer

Our client is seeking a Civil Design Engineer (Structural) to provide design support to “live” civil structural projects, typically based around Bridges and structures over and adjacent to water.

Your role will be to work within the company working closely with Management & Operations to identify opportunities and work with these groups to investigate, design and deliver them. Its an interesting departure from a typical “Design Consultancy” role as you are involved in the full construction cycle from estimation/tendering thru to construct and close out.

The range of design work undertaken include:

- Bridge construction works
- Retaining walls and other retaining structures
- Structures over and adjacent to water.
- Temporary works for construction projects
- Management of exte
al design consultants for detailed design

Ideally you will have the following:

- B.Eng.(Civil) or equivalent,
- CPEng or qualifications and experience sufficient to achieve CP(Eng) in the furture.
- At least 4 years Civil/Structural Design Experience, ideally covering a wide variety of civil infrastructure related works relating to structures - steel & concrete.
- The ability to build strong relationships with a variety of people.
- Previous experience with Spacegas, Wallop, AutoCAD and GRL Weep.
