Project Manager - Change Management

Our client is a NSW Gove
ment agency who provide critical goods and services to the public. Their clients rely on them to be efficient, effective and fair when providing them support. The Project Manager will be instrumental in facilitating the delivery of a game changing program to deliver that support. This Program of works is part of a greater transformation within the agency which will be delayed without your project and change management expertise.

ment departments to ensure contractual changes are enabled and enacted which will allow for a procurement tender process to deliver efficiencies and improvements to all its customers. This is a change management responsibility which will require the highest level of Stakeholder engagement, coaching, mentoring and leading teams as well as providing advice across project management methodologies. As the PM you will be planning, acquiring and allocating resources, bringing multiple stakeholders to the table and providing leadership across the project as a whole.

To be considered you will have demonstrated experience in managing multi layered and complex projects from a stakeholder perspective with an ability to drive a process and the peole around it to a successful result. Similar Project Management or Change Management experience is critical. It is envisaged you will have Degree qualifications in Business, Procurement, Property or other related disciplines and formal Project Management Qualifications such as Prince2 and PMBOK will be expected.

- Good experience working with customer and marketing data and creating segmented and targeted campaigns across a range of channels DM, eDM a must.

Natural Areas Team Member

Kelly Services are currently seeking a Natural Areas Team Member for a local council in Brisbane. The contract is for two months initially with a possibility of extension. The contract offers full time hours with a 9 day fortnight.

To be successful for this position you will:

- Demonstrate practical field experience and specialist skills in Natural Areas operations including bushland maintenance, weed/erosion control, safe and competent operation of small plant and equipment, Natural Areas restoration and walking track maintenance. Must have knowledge and identification skills relating to indigenous flora and fauna and exotic species.

- Possess formal Natural Resource Management qualifications at Certificate III level or greater or equivalent demonstrated knowledge.

- Demonstrate knowledge and hands on experience in all aspects of planned burning activities and wildfire control strategies and techniques, including the implementation of WH&S policies and procedures in relation to fire management.

- Have competent computer skills including GIS, and demonstrated interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with a range of internal and external stakeholders.

- Demonstrate an ability to participate effectively in a team and foster a positive, collaborative, safe and innovative working environment.

- Possession of a current manual ‘C’ class driver’s licence is essential. The ability to operate four wheel drive vehicles and acquire an MR licence would be an advantage.

- Possession of an Agricultural Chemical Distribution Control (ACDC) Commercial Operators Licence

- Possession of recognised bushland firefighting qualifications, Level 1 Firefighting qualification desirable
Level 1 Operate and Maintain Chainsaw certification from a recognised training provider.
