This reputable design consultancy has been making a name for itself in the Melbourne market in recent years and required a Senior Mechanical Draftsperson to join their Melbourne office further to experiencing good times on the project front.

Profile

You will be an experienced Mechanical Draftsperson with a proven local industry track record with engineering consultancies on building services projects. Your responsibilities over the years will have seen you working closely with mechanical engineers, assisting with performing basic calculations, producing design and documentation, contributing to design meetings and coordinating with other services.

Attributes

The new Senior Mechanical Draftsperson will be able to demonstrate:

- Diploma of Mechanical Engineering / equivalent experience on the job;

- Strong proficiency with Revit MEP;

- Minimum 5+ years of relevant industry experience on projects in line with the BCA / Australia’s NCC;

- Strong capabilities with mechanical building services design documentation and producing 2D and 3D mechanical models for building services projects, and;

- Ideally well versed with spatial requirements, equipment sizing and basic design calculations.

- Previous superannuation experience and RG146 compliant is preferred but not essential

Project Engineer - Regional NSW - Great Rates and accommodation paid

A large scale Tier 2 Builder who have been established for over 50 years who operate on a national basis are on the lookout for a Project Engineer to join the business initially to work on a Hospital project on a contract basis 6 months +.

The Project Engineer this large scale builder are looking for someone from a Tier 2 background who has had previous experience with a similar sized builder preferably but good experience on large projects will also be looked at favourably

The project is a new building of an existing hospital where there will be structures and finishing elements..You will be joining an established team that has recently completed a similar sized project also in the Sydney metro area -

This is a great opportunity for a Project Engineer to join an industry leader and the chance to work for a builder who have a reputation of being one of the best in the health industry

To be successful for this role you will:

- Come from construction degree background preferably
- Proven experience in Australia delivering working on projects of $30M plus

Quality Control Manager - Scientific

The Role

As the Quality Control Manager in charge of a small team of two laboratory technicians, you will oversee the quality laboratory processes for a family owned natural therapies manufacturer. Ensuring product quality and consistency is maintained through active and effective QC and QA processes. Key responsibilities will include product sample testing and data entry; ensuing results are within spec or out of spec results are managed before reaching the customer.

Based North from the city, this is a Full-Time permanent opportunity. Immediate start.

Duties

* Test and check samples in accordance with approved procedures(TLC, wet chem etc)
* Ensure requirements of the Validation Master Plan are met
* Ensure equipment are qualified & calibrated in accordance with approved procedures
* Ensure stability trials are performed in accordance with approved procedures
* Ensure QC documents are maintained and approved
* Manage the operation of the QC area in accordance to GMP and Co. policy
* Maintain stock control
* Manage faulty equipment and repairs
* Manage laboratory staff as required

Essential Skills and Experience

* BSc in Chemistry (Organic) and equivalent experience
* Experience in a laboratory setting - quality, validation/analysis of organic samples
* Demonstrated leadership and management skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Energetic, Proactive, Self-managed and organised
* Demonstrated ability to delegate tasks as required
* Ability to write and follow standard operating procedures
* Knowledge of GMP standards
* Competency in data interpretation
* Full working rights in Australia

This Contractor is looking for few drafters with Mechanical drafting capability to join their team and work on a high profile project in Sydney.
