Our client is an Australian market leader in the CX (Customer Experience) space with a high profile Bluechip client base and a bulging pipeline of exciting stimulating projects. As a result of the continued success of the business they are looking for a Senior Technical Solutions Architect with specific experience delivering Marketing Automation solutions (i.e. Adobe/Oracle/Salesforce Marketing Cloud, IBM Watson/ExperienceOne, Marketo etc) to join the Sydney based team in this high profile strategic leadership focused position.
In brief the responsibilities of the role will involve;
- Solution Architecture - Conceptual & technical architecture design/documentation, wear multiple technology hats & bring people together as the project technical lead.
- Requirements Elicitation - Run workshops, document functional & technical requirements, assess client execution capability, ensure total solution alignment.
- Relationship Management - Proactively develop strategies to solve client needs, building strong working relationships with both senior & technology stakeholders.
- Pipeline Activity - Responding to RFPs, presenting technical/solution architecture, pre sales, business case development, costings etc
As the successful applicant you will come from a strong technical background working as a Technical Solution Architect or Technical Business Consultant and be able to demonstrate;
- Strong technical appreciation of Marketing Automation Technology that may include but will not be limited to; Adobe Marketing Cloud, Oracle Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ExactTarget, IBM Watson, IBM Experience One, IBM Unica, Silverpop, Marketo, Alterian, Aprimo, PEGA etc.
- Experience delivering projects end to end throughout the complete software development and systems integration lifecycle (i.e. Engagement, analysis, Requirements gathering, documentation, solution/technical design, hand over to Dev OPS for delivery).
- Experience creating architectural diagrams and documentation (sequence diagrams, ERDs, architectural modelling frameworks etc.) user interface, service design,, information architecture and integrating with ERP, POS, CRM and CMS systems.
