Sydney suburbs offices. You will ensure office supplies are available as required and maintenance of office facilities to ensure a safe and comfortable work environment with a high standard of office presentation. We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our Northe
Suburbs team.

You will be the first point of contact both at the front of office and on the phone so we require someone well-presented and with a helpful phone manner. Being the key link between management and other offices, you will work with all members of our team to ensure the day to day operation of the office runs smoothly.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Answering & directing incoming calls
Ensure meetings/meeting rooms are prepared
Co-ordinate repairs to office facilities
Ensure all keys are accounted for and key register is up to date
Ensure the mail is delivered/dispatched efficiently and effectively
Co-ordinate and monitor trades people attending to office repairs

Skills & Experience:
Real Estate experience is preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
Proficient skills with using online technologies
Outstanding customer service and time management skills

- Must have drivers licence and reliable car

Reporting to the Manager - Asset Accounting you will work closely with Project managers to deliver key financial and reporting functions to ensure that projects are cleared to the fixed asset register in a timely and accurate manner.

In particular you will:

Follow-up with Project Managers to ensure that relevant information within SAP is accurate, up-to-date & contains all necessary information, and that costs are allocated correctly.

Review and monitor of projects including the monitoring of the inactive WIP balances in line with Group Accounting Policy and recommending for write-off if necessary

Identify and resolve issues associated with project financials and fixed asset creation, including the establishment of new processes and controls

Maintain the integrity of financial data from SAP and ensure Group Accounting and Finance policy and delegations of authority are adhered to

Provide communication/advice to project managers with regard to accounting concepts and processes

To be successful in this role you will have demonstrated experience using large scale finance systems such as SAP along with excellent analytical and problem solving skills. You will display end to end project accounting experience within a capital intensive environment, including a strong understanding of the project life cycle and demonstrate an ability to work productively within complex organizations and multi-disciplinary teams. With a proven ability to plan and organize work and make decisions based on sound- judgment, you will effectively communicate, analyze and discuss issues with stakeholders and customers across all organizational levels.

- Candidates should have experience managing multiple subcontractors and crews on site.
- Ability to read and interpret construction programs and identify key stages within the project
